Most senior executive, although they may report to the owner or hotel chain executives. Responsible for the operation’s finances, including setting budgets, approving expenditures, establishing room rates, and setting standards for guest services. Also responsible for front of house operations, and overseeing restaurant and banquet operations, guest services, housekeeping and decor.
